I bought a package directly from the email they sent me. As soon as I paid, they locked my account.

I sent them a message; they admit I bought the package, and the coins are there. But then they go on to say about a duplicate account. I have zero control of my ex-husband making another account. That's not verified; only the first account is verified.

Whoever owns this place, knock the chip off your shoulder. You're gonna bankrupt your entire casino or find yourself in a class action suit. You think you're untouchable; you're not. Give me my money back or give me access to my account, the one that's verified.

I don't even remember making another account, but apparently, I contacted them and informed them. They said I didn't have another account.

A couple of days or so later, they emailed me saying they blocked all my accounts but my main one and you can only have one; don't make no more. Now I bought the coin packages all the time. I hit for about 3.5k, redeemed it, cancelled it, hit for about 5, kept doing the same thing 'til I got up to 16k. It was like an all-weekend process.

I went to log in and remind you I had been logging in, playing a little, then getting off since the redemption was in progress.

Then out of nowhere, my account's locked. I put in the customer service request; they responded to the email of the blocked account, which isn't the email I used when I put in the request.

Well, my neighbor sent me the link for your site, and at the time, I hadn't received my own PayPal card, so I loaded the account using my wife's PayPal card. In the end, I was up $2,000, but after waiting for over a week, I received an email stating that my redemption was denied.

I figure it's because the account is logged in under my name and email, but I was using my wife's PayPal. I have been playing and spending a lot of money at Mega Bonanza; however, I started paying very close attention to see if my winnings were being applied to my bank, and the small amounts were not. Also, the jackpot takes 10 cents out of every spin I make, which funds the jackpot.

They are giving it to the same people over and over. I know it is rigged because when I complain about it, I am awarded the jackpot, but if I don't, I don't win. They just closed the chat without even addressing the fact that the money was not added to my bank every time I won small amounts.

This casino is so rigged it's sad. The jackpot that you opt into and they deduct like 10 cents off everspin to fund it, well, they give it to the same people all day long.

If I really complained about not getting it, they would give it to me. If I didn't, they wouldn't. They would not apply wins sometimes to my total. If it was like 12 cents off, 8 cents, something they thought I would not catch, they would not add it.

I recorded it happening. And when I went on the live chat for help, Yvonne and Enrique are the biggest *** you have tried talking to; they just kept closing the chat.
